Leadership Camp is a 3 days 2 nights programme that enables participants to learn leadership characteristics, to assess themselves and their organisation and to work together as a team.

The prime objective of Leadership Camp are to enhance and revitalise energy, enthusiasm and refine directions, steps for progress and to lead. Therefore, the camp will involve both physical and mental challenges.

This programme will include the following:

• Leadership characteristics
• Self development concepts
• Trail challenge
• Obstacle challenge
• 8 Keys of Excellence 

At the end of Leadership Camp, we hope to instill leadership qualities and to refine the next generation of community leaders.
